At Profit365Coach™, we are committed to delivering transformational business coaching, consulting, and done-for-you services. We strive for 100% client satisfaction, and our refund policy reflects our dedication to transparency and excellence.
1. No Refund on Coaching & Consulting Services
All payments made for coaching sessions, business consulting programs, mentorship packages, and customized done-for-you services are non-refundable. This is because these services involve significant time, expertise, and intellectual property that cannot be returned once delivered.
⚠️ Once a session is booked or a program is purchased, no refund will be issued—regardless of usage or completion status.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
All sales of digital products (eBooks, templates, toolkits, guides, or any downloadable resources) are final and non-refundable due to the immediate and irrevocable access provided upon purchase.
3. Workshop & Event Registrations
- Non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
- However, if an event is postponed or cancelled by us, attendees may receive:
- A full refund, or
- Option to transfer registration to the rescheduled event or future workshop.
4. Exceptional Situations
In rare and exceptional cases, if you feel a refund is justified based on non-delivery or service failure, you may email us at profit365india@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or decline them.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of our terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such disputes.
